INGREDIENTS
Aqua-water, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium n-lauroylsarcosinate, coco glucoside, stearalkonium chloride, glycol distearate, glycerin, lactic acid, benzyl alcohol, zinc oxide, aloe vera, melaleuca alternifolia essential oil, buxus chinensis (jojoba) oil, lavandula officinalis essential oil, mentha piperita essential oil, niacinamide, salicylic acid, amylum, laurus nobilis essential oil, rosmarinus officinalis essential oil, citrus dulcis essential oil, pinus sylvestris essential oil, propylene glycol, calaendula officinalis essential oil, matricaria chamomilla extract, curcuma longa extract, thea chinensis extract, hamamelis virginiana extract, apple cider vinegar, limonene, linalool, citral, linalyl acetate.
DIRECTIONS OF USE
Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet scalp and hair. Gently massage into the scalp for 2–3 minutes to allow active ingredients to act. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 2–3 times per week or as advised by your dermatologist. Avoid contact with eyes.
Note: If your scalp is very dry or dehydrated, the cleansing process may initially cause more flaking or tightness. This is temporary and often a sign of deeper exfoliation. To restore balance, consider using a hydrating conditioner or scalp serum after washing.
PRECAUTIONS
- For external use only
- In case of excessive dryness, use alongside a moisturizing serum or conditioner
- Discontinue if irritation occurs

I’ve been coloring my hair blonde for years, and no matter what shampoo I used, the yellow tones always came back. After just a few washes with this one, my hair looked brighter and cooler — no more dull brassiness. What really surprised me is that it doesn’t dry out my hair, make it brittle, or affect the cuticle like most toning shampoos do. It’s made without harsh chemicals, so I can use it every time I wash my hair without worrying. My hair feels soft, strong, and actually healthier than before. I honestly wish I had discovered this sooner — kind of a shame my salon never recommended it

Natural ingredients.
Dermatologically tested.
Free from sulphates.
No harsh chemicals.
It did calm down my yellow tones and made my hair look a bit more ashy.
It actually looked very effective and I was pleased with the tone.
This is not something I would use daily but maybe once a week or wherever my colour needs a boost.
There are cheaper toning purple shampoo's out there, I've tried a few and none of made much difference.
This has probably given me the best result so far.
The price reflects the quality and I think is probably worth it, as you don't need much of this product to see a difference.

It is not the cheapest but it is a quality product.
The colour of it is almost black. It foams well and I didn't need much. I usually wash my shoulder length hair twice so second wash needed just a hazelnut size amount and it was enough.
It gives a slightly ashy appearance on my my grey hair while the blond ends get a bit of a cool down effect and lose the brassiness.
Slightly different in the final appearance than my usual purple coloured shampoos but I like it.
I also had the problem with squeezing it out, like others so I just unscrewed the top. Will work on squeezing the bottle.
It doesn't stain. Once lathered the foam changes to white colour, not like others, so less cleaning.
I keep using it to nourish my hair but the ends are still dry. The hair itself feels nice though and it is not perfumed as such so I like it for this too.

It is infused with aloe vera, citrus essential oils, and purple carrot, which helps to neutralise unwanted tones.
I like it because it is very effective, and only needs a short time, on my sister I only left it 1 minute, and she had a natural blonde, but not brassy nor too cool toned because she doesn’t suit it. So I recommend to leave it on for shorter periods of time for a subtle result.
If you are looking to get it very cool toned, maybe grey than leave it on for 2-3 minutes. The greyish effect lasts 2-3 washes.
Some advice:
1. don’t pour straight to the hair. Where you put the shampoo first, there will be the most visible difference.
2. It activates very quickly so be quick when distributing it all over.
3. if there is a section of hair where it looks very brassy, put some shampoo directly there, leave it on for 5 seconds and only after distribute all over and create foam. With this technique you will get a more uniform look without patches.
I recommend it because it really cancels outlr brassy tones, it cleanses the scalp and the hair from residues, but in my opinion this makes hair very dry so a hydrating conditioner afterwards would be highly recommended.
I have short grey hair which is multi tonal and I have been using this shampoo twice a week. Purple shampoo doesn't stain your fingers or your bathroom - I just wash it off when I notice it. I feel like purple shampoo enhances the grey tones in my hair and it certainly keeps away the yellow tinges that I used to experience. No one has made any comments regarding my hair looking any different so whether this works any better than the other purple shampoos I use is questionable. My hair feels nice though.

The product itself has very little scent. It’s a deep purple colour, although the resulting lather was white, so I wasn’t sure how effective it would be (my strongest purple shampoo produces a purple lather and stains my hands).
As I was washing my hair, it felt like a really tangled mess. I used a deep conditioning treatment afterwards, otherwise I think I’d have struggled to comb it out.
I was actually quite shocked by the results. My hair (with 8 week old blonde highlights) had taken on a lovely ashy tone. This was after leaving it on for around 3 minutes.
I’m really pleased with the results, although it needs using every wash to maintain the toning. It’s expensive though, for a relatively small bottle, so I’ll consider buying in future of it happens to be on offer.

The shampoo comes in a bottle which has a screw top lid. It also features a little push up section that dispenses a small amount of shampoo when you squeeze the bottle. The shampoo is an almost black purple as it is very, very dark which did give me pause for thought but I carried on. It lathers well but does take a lot of rinsing before you are sure it has all been removed from your hair and scalp. Then you need to rinse and repeat.
The smell is decidedly odd. No nice clean, fresh herbal scent which is what I was hoping for. This is a very medicinal herbal smell which I really did not enjoy. The smell also lingers for a long time and my hair wrap really smelt very strongly of this shampoo.
I have used this 3 times now (shampooed every 3 days) and my hair looks duller and darker than it does when I use a non-purple shampoo. In fact I have a shampoo bar which makes my hair look so much brighter and it is not even designed for that.
For the money, I am not seeing any benefits to using this shampoo. Not helped by the fact I really, really do not like the scent.
What I did like is the packaging as it is well made and easy to use.

I think all shampoos give different results depending on your hair type. Mine is thin, fine and highlighted, the last time around 4 - 5 weeks ago.
After a battle with the lid I managed to get the top to work, it requires you to stare at the bottle to see where to push, then push, incredibly hard and the top pops up. This is best practiced before you get in the shower. It's Italian, it's quirky, I love them.
The instructions suggest leaving it on for 2 - 3 mins - I didn't, once I managed to get the first tiny bit out, and into my hair, then fiddled to work out how the top came off, I reckon it was on for 1.5 mins, but then did a further quick lather, then rinsed it off. I liked the way it lathered, not too much, just enough. I also liked the citrus smell but that was stronger with the conditioner I followed up with.
Post shampooing, and styled, I did think that my hair felt dry. Certainly, it looked clean and felt clean but, at this point, I decided that it was not really for me or, only to be used once on a first lather every few weeks because in the end, as nice as the shampoo was, I really did not like the colour it left and my hair, albeit clean, looked dull...it also looked flat and pourus. For me it looked like when you go to the hairdressers and they use too much toner on highlights so hair just looks lifeless, sadly.
I certainly would not use this immediately after i had highlights as I think you may be very disappointed with the colour, it is very ashy grey.
Cant fault the naturalness of the product, I want to like it but, in future, as said above, I am not inclined to use it weekly or, leave it in my hair for any length of time. One other useful hint, it did not leave me with purple hands.
I didn't find that it lathered up too well on the first wash but got a lot of suds on the second. For me it's a bit of a waste of shampoo as I have very short hair and wash it every couple of days so usually only do the single wash as a rule. I did feel it had stripped my hair of any oils but applied my usual conditioner (I didn't use the Puradoro conditioner as it contains argan oil and that usually makes my hair too greasy, would be better for longer strands) and it felt revived. I didn't think it smelt of much at all.
I didn't think I had that much yellow tone but it had lifted very light from the summer and colouring. I was pleased with the colour of my hair once dried as it did take on a very ash tint. It may not be great if you've just had your hair coloured as I think it would change the tone. Maybe just a quick wash and rinse would get round that than leaving it on for the 2-3 minutes that is suggested on the box. If you like ash, as I do, then you'll probably like this shampoo.
The bottle is only 200ml so is unlikely to last long so at just short of £22 I'm unlikely to be making this a regular purchase, hence the decduction of a star.
Love this purple inducing mix of colour igniting ingredients
Strips away all yellow remnants and instantly refreshes your colour
Leaving your hair glossy with a beautiful pop of pale lilacs, looks amazing on colour treated hair
Has a stunning aromatic perfumed aroma, it cleanses and conditions
I cannot fault this product or deny it gives you amazing value for both the money and the quality
Tones softens and repairs damaged hair

It did take a little time to figure out how to dispense the shampoo: at first I tried to unscrew it then I pushed down on half of the lid and still couldn't see how it came out but if you squeeze the container it does dispense.
The shampoo itself has a thick creamy consistency and it is quite a dark purple and a small amount goes a long way as it lathers up really well.
I felt that it has left my hair feeling lovely and soft even without conditioner.
Overall, I am happy with the tone of my hair and it's condition after using this product.
Priced at £21.90 at time of review I am happy to recommend but I did deduct one star because of the price.
